BTW I like your vacation~Feast of Tabernacles~ pictures. Your camera must have made it without being dropped in liquid this year :) It was a great Feast in Missouri this past year we enjoyed being there too!

Wow! Your story would be such an inspiration to the members at my Curves fitness center!! I hope you are doing well, it's not the same without you sitting behind me somewhere at Sabbath services. I hope Yahweh continues to bless you with much success!!

Melissa, you look really awesome! I can't believe how shedding those pounds made you look years younger too! Back into your thirties girl! You are right, losing weight is very hard. I lost 20 pounds last year and thought I was going to starve myself to death before my stomach shrank! Keep up the hard work. Bonnie

I am so glad of your sucess. Thank you for letting me know about mini goals. I am just starting my journey of 150 lbs more to go. I think I can handle 10lbs at a time with rewards. I am so tired of failing, but more tired of the weight and all the issues that go with it. I have so much to live for, and don't want to die like this. My daughter is a professional model and I know people are shocked when they see me with her.
